Location

Our 2025 Location has not been announced yet. Sign up for emails to get updated emails as well as checking in on our website.

You will be required to provide your own transportation to and from the event.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to insurance requirements, we WILL NOT be shuttling attendees to or from the event.

Important: Be Prepared

There is NO CELL SERVICE at or in the area of the ranch. Please ensure that you have downloaded your offline maps of the area or printed maps and driving directions. We highly recommend downloading/printing and testing prior to leaving home.

Car Rentals & Alternatives

If you are flying in and need to rent a car, please make sure to make your reservation plenty of time beforehand. With the significant growth of some Montana cities, car rental availability has dropped while prices have skyrocketed. Availability will vary at different airports and we’d recommend checking multiple in order to get the best deal. We have also provided alternate resources below which are often more accessible and better priced than standard car rentals.

If you will have extra room in your vehicle and are willing to share another ride with another summit attendee or, if you are an attendee needing a ride to the event, please review our Attendee Ridesharing section below.

Fill out the ridesharing form to get your name added to the list. When you are finished filling out the form, a link to the list will be provided. Please bookmark this link for future access. It will be up to you to reach out to other listed attendees in order to make your ridesharing connections.
