The event/pass type I wanted is sold out! How do I get a pass?

If you had purchased during the presale, not only would you have gotten the pass you wanted, but also a discout and a chance to win some awesomne gear. Unfortunately, spaces are limited for each summit. You can try for a different summit. Or, sign up for email updates to be notified in case someone cancels or defaults on their payment plan.

What are my options for lodging? Will there be camping available?

All attendees will be camping with us on the private ranch where the event takes place. You must be prepared for some sort of camping (tents, tipis, car and truck camping, small trailers and campers, etc.). Please note that there is no waste disposal available on site and, due to access limitations, large RVs will not be allowed. If there is lodging available this will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

Can attendees run their hands through Ryan's hair? It's so long and luxurious.

All presale pass purchasers will each be granted a two minute period to caress Ryan's luxurious locks.

Can the whole family attend?

The Archery and Rifle Summits are open to ages 12+. Only pass purchasers will be allowed to attend the summit or visit the ranch. There is a limite of two youth passes per paid adult. You can also check our Local Attractions page for a list of family-friendly activities in the area.

Do I have to have to bring my family to attend the Archery Family Summit?

No. Single attendees are allowed and welcome at any summit.

I have a license/permit for [insert whatever animal here]. Can I hunt during the VIP hike?

No hunting is allowed during the event. Please leave rifles, ammunition and all archery equipment in your car or campsite during the hikes.

I would like to volunteer at the event. How can I help?!

We're currently looking into volunteer opportunities. We will post on the website if anything becomes available.

Will you be accepting scholarship applications again?
