Refund Policy

Cancellations & REFUNDS

Attendees requesting cancellations up to 6 months prior to the start date of their event will receive a full refund. Attendees requesting cancellations up to 3 months prior to the start date of their event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given under 3 months prior to the start date of any event.

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after requesting. Refunds will be sent back to the original card used to make the purchase. The refund will typically show up on your credit card statement 7-10 days after being processed, depending on the speed of your bank.

Event transfers & EXCHANGES

If an event attendee provides notice a minimum of 60-days prior to the event date, they can be given the option to transfer their pass to a future event. Attendees will be responsible for paying any price difference for passes.

Pay Over Time & Deposits

Any deposits or payments made on a payment plan will not be refunded if the customer does not complete all payments within the allotted timeframe provided at the time of purchase.
